Valuation and advisory.
We provide market-grounded valuations and advisory for owners considering a sale, a refinancing, a partnership change, or an estate planning process. Every opinion of value is built from current data and our transaction history in the submarket, not from an automated estimate.
What a valuation includes.

Advisory.
Beyond the number, we advise on the decision. That includes hold-versus-sell analysis, disposition and marketing strategy, portfolio review and prioritization, 1031 exchange timing, pre-marketing preparation so a property goes to market in the strongest position, and coordination with the owner's attorneys, accountants, and lenders. Where a sale is not the right answer, we say so and lay out the alternatives.
Who we work with.
Owners, families and estates, partnerships, and their attorneys, accountants, and lenders, whenever a defensible number and a clear recommendation are needed.
Market coverage.
All commercial asset classes across the five boroughs, Long Island, Westchester and the Hudson Valley, northern and central New Jersey, and Connecticut.
